They're layersto this donut, not cake, not raised. Texture is amazing and flavor is unlike any donut you've tried anywhere else. They're hot and fresh right out the fryer. Indecisive customer here and gave the barista freedom to use her creativity to come up with a drink and it was spot on. Cinnamony spice sugared goodness and reminiscent of cinnamon toast crunch.
